01 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between criketex ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "user"). These Terms apply to the criketex website, mobile application, and all related services.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; if you deposit ৳28,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 for a total balance of ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonus amounts. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal. The deadline to meet the wagering requirement is within the specified period from the date the bonus is received.

• Bonuses are provided for personal use only and are non-transferable.
• Each bonus offer may be used only once per person, household, or IP address.
• If the terms of a bonus are violated, the bonus may be cancelled.
• criketex reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

5.3 VIP Program

The criketex VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play. VIP benefits may change over time.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed, unless criketex determines otherwise under specific circumstances. criketex's decision is final in determining results.

• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• criketex reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were offered due to a system error.
• Coordinated betting from multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.

6.2 Cricket Betting

criketex offers betting on international cricket matches including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. Specific rules related to cricket betting are published separately and are also part of these Terms.

6.3 Fair Play Policy

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the criketex platform:

• Using fraud, deception, or any form of dishonest methods.

• Managing an account on behalf of a minor or granting them access.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

08 Limitation of Liability
